Q What can MDF do for my organisaton?

MDF can be your organisation's first contact with disabled people, and groups of and for disabled people throughout Greater Merseyside and beyond.

Our ten year's experience, skills and wide contacts mean that we can offer a range of services to voluntary groups and also to statutory and commercial organisations.

• Consultations - we have details of over 500 voluntary and community groups (as well as many other individuals and organisations with an involvement in disability in the region): an ideal resource for targeting information to disabled people and their carers in the Merseyside area.

• Training - we can find training for you in disability equality and disability awareness and the Disability Discrimination Acts.

• Access Audits - advice and strategies using experienced consultants to make sure that organisation do not miss out on the spending power of disabled people and their carers (and their families and  their friends).

• Research - commissioned projects about disabled people or the barriers they face. 

• Consultancy - advice on strategies and practical delivery solutions to deliver best practice in disability equality.
