MDF can be your organisation's first contact with disabled people, and groups of and for disabled people throughout Greater Merseyside.

What can we do for your organisation?

Our experience, skills and contacts mean that we can offer a range of services to voluntary groups and to statutory and commercial organisations.

• Consultations – we have up-to-date details of over 650 voluntary and community groups (as well as over 500 other individuals and organisations with an involvement in disability in the region): and ideal resource for targeting information to disabled people and their carers in the Merseyside area.
• Promotions – our newsletter is sent to 1,500 people: as well as editorial mentions of events we can arrange for leaflets to be inserted.
• Training – in disability equality and disability awareness and the disability Discrimination Acts – using our wide range of training contacts.
• Access Audits - advice and strategies using experienced consultants to make sure that organisation do not miss out on the spending power of disabled people, their carers (and families and friends).
• Research – commissioned projects about disabled people or the barriers they face.
• Consultancy – advice on strategies and practical delivery solutions to deliver best practice in disability equality.
